Drew Blythe Barrymore was born February 22 25th, 1975. She has received many awards which include the Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild Award in addition to and five Emmy Award nominations and a BAFTA nomination. She is a member of the Barrymore family of actors and the daughter of John Barrymore. Barrymore was an actor in her youth and earned recognition for her role in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. After a troubled childhood full of alcohol and drug abuse, she released Little Girl Lost, an autobiography. In the 90s, she appeared in numerous films including Poison, Boys on the Side and Mad Love. Barrymore was in a variety of films alongside Adam Sandler, including The Wedding Singer, 50 First Dates, and Blended. Barrymore became a star as an actor in her child years with her character on E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial.
